2012 People’s Choice - Community Trust Bank - co-sponsors are available
This annual spring event involves community-wide voting for Frankfort’s favorite
places, people, and businesses. Three finalists in thirty award categories will
be recognized, and 1st place awards are presented at a festive reception
open to Chamber members, finalists & media. Promoted in local newspaper, cable
television and radio, partnership in this program allows you to place your company’s
name on one of Frankfort’s most popular events. All Sponsors will be identified
in all promotions and invitations for the event.
2012 -Farm/City Banquet - Whitaker Bank – co-sponsors are available
This 54-year tradition brings the farming and business communities together for
in what might be Franklin County’s most well attended dinner event. All Sponsors

New golf tournaments appear every year, but this annual scramble format event at
Juniper Hill Golf Course is a consistent sell-out. All Sponsors will be identified

2012 Annual Meeting Sponsorship - Frankfort Plant Board – Co-sponsorships are

The Chamber Annual Meeting is the beginning of the year event in which
new officers and directors are inducted, retiring board members are recognized,
and an outstanding community volunteer is honored with the prestigious Paul Sullivan
Award. This sponsorship will be limited to three companies and will include a reserved
table for eight persons for each company. All Sponsors will be identified in all

The event gives opportunity to the women to spend some of their time from

these sponsorships will underwrite the cost of presenting this highly acclaimed
personal financial management simulation game to all Frankfort and Franklin County
students in the 10 th grade. This event is organized by our Workforce Development
Council in conjunction with Frankfort Independent and Franklin County Schools.
Public Policy Conference Program - The Public Policy Conference
will offer a better understanding and an open discussion on governance, regulations,
legislation, environmental and educational issues that face our community on local,
regional, state and federal levels.

Small Business Development Center Services Sponsor - The services
of the Small Business Development Center at the Chamber office have assisted hundreds
of start-up and growing companies in the Frankfort area with one-on-one management
consulting, business plans, feasibility studies and more. This sponsorship helps
to underwrite the cost of providing these services, and your company will be identified
as the sponsor of the SBDC meeting room at the Chamber office.
Frankfort Choice Be Local/Buy Local Advertising Campaign & Secret Shopper
Sponsor – Sponsorship are available - The Frankfort Choice retail enrichment
campaign has been one of the Chamber’s most effective programs during the last three
years. This sponsorship provides the means to enhance the program even further with
advertising in local newspaper, radio, cable television and billboard outlets. You
select the media outlet you prefer, and your company’s name will appear or be heard
as the sponsor on every single advertisement in that outlet during holiday season
advertising. The Secret Shopper process is designed to test company standards and
customer service techniques. Shoppers are sent in by the Frankfort Area Chamber
of Commerce to pose as customers and initiate service in stores. These secret shoppers
follow guidelines provided by the Frankfort Chamber, to evaluate employees according
to standards that are put forward by the company. Evaluations are completed by the
shopper and submitted back to the Chamber office. These evaluations are compiled,
verified for accuracy, scored, tracked, and provided to the company in customized
formats.

Industry Roundtable Luncheon & Tour Sponsor - Quarterly sponsorships are
available - This sponsorship will cover the meal and travel expenses
of this bi-monthly meeting of plant managers and key personnel of area manufacturing
firms. Normally limited to manufacturing representatives only, representatives of
your company will be invited to attend and network during the meeting you choose
to sponsor.

Leadership Frankfort Challenge Day Sponsorship – Monthly sponsorship are available
at all levels - This 8-month course of study is certified by the National
Association of Community Leadership and over 300 individuals have completed the
program to date. Sponsorships help to cover training, materials, transportation
and meal expenses and are available for each of the eight scheduled Challenge Days
in the 2012-2013 program year.

Leadership Central Kentucky Franklin County Day Sponsor - If you
are interested in regional issues, or if your business market is regional, please

program. Eight counties in central Kentucky participate in this annual nine-month
leadership development and regional networking course.

available - The Frankfort Chamber will offer one-minute videos to be

NEW - 501 (c) 3 - Frankfort First Foundation - An Entrepreneurial
Foundation - Our Mission: To promote, support, encourage entrepreneurship
and entrepreneurship education in Frankfort and Franklin County. This new foundation
will work to develop skills through education, mentors, and partnerships to build
Frankfort and Franklin County’s entrepreneurial base. Still new in development,
the Frankfort Chamber will be working with Downtown Frankfort, Inc., Kentucky Capital
Development Corporation, Kentucky State University, and Frankfort/Franklin County
Community Education to build this Entrepreneurial Foundation.
